Base

The products of the Commercial by Demeyere series are made of 18/10 stainless steel. The base consists of 5 layers with a core made of aluminum and aluminum alloy for a stable base with optimal heat conduction and magnetic stainless steel on the outside. The cookware can be used on all types of cookers, including induction.

Pouring rim

The edge is folded in a special shape so that you can pour both low-viscosity liquids (e.g. water) and thick sauces without spilling.

Handles

The large, robust ergonomic handles of the Commercial by Demeyere products are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They are welded to the walls and therefore not attached with rivets or screws to ensure optimal hygiene. In this way, dirt, fat and bacteria have no chance of settling.
