The knife series ZWILLING Diplôme has been developed in cooperation with the world-renowned cooking school "Le Cordon Bleu" for the training of top-chefs. STEEL
The blade is made of a professional special steel, Eg used also for razor blades: FC61. FC stands for "fine carbide" - the carbides of this steel are particularly fine and uniformly distributed. The special structure of the steel allows for an extremely fine cut and produces a uniform cutting edge with high initial sharpness and cutting edge.
CUT
The traditional Japanese Honbazuke trigger gives each blade its incomparable sharpness. The two-sided trigger produces a symmetrical cutting edge with a total angle of 20 °.
