Product Description

Details

Cutting board olive wood small, natural cut, ca. 25-28 cm x 2 cm (9.8-11 '' x 0.8 '')

Natural product - every piece is unique.

Taking care of olive wood products:

Olive wood grows very slowly. It’s structure is very dense and hence hard and heavy. This structure gives your cooking utensil a high cut resistance and resistance against many acids, fats and bacteria. Each olive wood product is unique in structure and texture.
Here are some hints on how to preserve the beauty and grain of your olive wood cooking utensil:

- Dishwashing of olive wood should be strictly avoided.
- Washing is best accomplished by hand with lukewarm water with only a small amount of clear dishwashing liquid.
- After hand washing as described above, olive wood utensils should be dried immediately.
- Drying is best done with a soft hand towel and then placing in an upright position to allow drainage.
- Once every so often, a light coat of olive oil should be applied to your olive wood utensil to preserve the beauty of the wood and keep your utensil in top condition.
