MIYABI 4000FC Japanese knives invite you to discover a traditional knife art. Beauty and sharpness connect each of these kitchen knives. Typically it is used to crush, peel and clean fruits and vegetables.
The blade blade is made of two-piece ice-hardened FC61 steel, which is characterized by a high hardness and also withstands heavy stress. The Katana Edge cut reminiscent of the blades of Japanese swords and is regarded as a visible sign of mastery knife craftsmanship.
With its elegant octagonal shape, the MIYABI 4000FC is not only a stylish Japanese chef knife, it is also very safe and comfortable in the hand. The impregnated, solid Pakka wood handle is refined by a mosaic pin.
All MIYABI knives are made by ZWILLING in their own factory in the Japanese Seki. There, German engineering skills from Solingen and fine Japanese craftsmanship are combined.
