Bob Kramer has gathered a wealth of experiences throughout his varied life. When working in the most diverse kitchens, he learned not only how to use a wide variety of types of knives, but also the mysteries of knife-sharpening, before finally driving through the USA in a converted truck as a mobile knife-sharpener.
The desire grew in him to produce his own high-performance knives that would be easy to sharpen and would retain their intact cutting edge even after heavy use. For some 20 years he has been passionately devoting himself to the task of reducing the art of blade-forging to its very essence.
