The 30 cm glass lid from ZWILLING's TWIN® Specials range is a nice addition to a pan with the same diameter. It serves as a splash guard, allows large pieces of meat to cook faster and keeps the food in the pan warm. The edge of the glass lid is made of rustproof, matt stainless steel. Between it and the glass there is a silicone seal that prevents water vapor from escaping. With this lid you can also use your pan for low-water cooking.
